1. Prerequisites
Fiori Architecture Prerequisites
The recommended architecture for the REMEDYNE Alerts Fiori App is Embedded deployment (SAP Fiori front-end server is deployed into the AS ABAP of the Business Suite or S/4HANA system.)
Product Installation Prerequisites
Required software components:
Product Version SAP FIORI FOR SAP S/4HANA (recommended version >= 1809)
Frontend Component SAP FIORI FRONT-END SERVER (recommended version >= 5.0)
SAPUI5 Version Minimum SAPUI5 Version 1.60.17

3. Post REMEDYNE Installation Steps for Alert App System Alias Setup
Import the transport into the system.
A Local System Alias should be defined in the system as the recommended deployment option for the REMEDYNE Alerts Fiori App is embedded deployment.
REMEDYNE Alerts OData configuration
After the post installation steps for the REMEDYNE App software, the Alerts OData Service needs to be maintained with the Local System Alias, follow the steps below:
1- Go to Transaction Code /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and select /REMUI5/ALERTS_SRV

2- Click on Add System Alias
3- Provide ‘LOCAL’ as SAP System Alias & click Enter & mark Default System checkbox as
checked & save the configurations
4- Now activate this OData Service, click on ICF Node & click Activate

5- You will notice the ICF Node Status now is ‘green’, that means the OData service was successfully activated
REMEDYNE SAPUI5 App Activation
After the post installation steps for the REMEDYNE Apps transport, thee REMEDYNE SAPUI5 Application should be activated, and here are the steps:
1- Go to transaction SICF and search “AlertsApp” on Service Name & execute-

2- Right click on ‘alertsapp’ node and click on ‘Activate Service’-

3- Confirm the popup
4- Then select the ‘remui5’ node and also activate with the same steps as for the other service
Required Roles for REMEDYNE Fiori Alerts App
These are the authorization roles that need to be assigned to users.
