Improving the Quality of Life at the End of LifeHospice of Southern Maine provides end-of-life care to over 1,200 people

annually in York and Cumberland counties. We are the only non-profit organization in southern Maine that is solely focused on hospice and end-of-life care, and the only hospice offering an in-patient hospice facility.

Our beautiful Gosnell Memorial Hospice House provides expert symptom control in a peaceful homelike environment. We are so grateful for the

support of our community that allows us to continue to care for those who are dying and those who love them.
