Remembering You I knew that eventually, this day would
come. The day you would be reunited
with all of our loved ones who had gone
before you, tell everyone Hi for us, and
let them know we miss them. I miss your
hugs, kisses, our talks, laughs, the advice
you gave me, the lessons you have
taught me as well as mama, Auntie
Veronica, and Auntie Jean, and yall’s
unconditional love. I pray to God that I
can be at least half of the woman that
you, mom, Auntie Veronica, and Auntie
Jean ARE. I can proudly say that I had
four strong, intelligent, hardworking,
loving, and caring women to build the
foundation of my evolving character. I
hope you know how thankful and
blessed I am because I had each and
every one of you to guide me through
life. I will always remember your
favorite scripture, “I can do all things
through Christ, which strengtheneth
me.” Philippians 4:13 KJV. Sleep in
Peace, Mama. We will always carry you
in our hearts.
Love,
Your Grandchildren
