Remote Access via Citrix Receiver
What is Taubman Remote Access? Taubman Remote Access aka https://access.taubman.com is a secure global Desktop Terminal application,
which allows a remote PC to access multiple corporate applications through an internet connection using
Internet Explorer and the Citrix Receiver. Once logged into Taubman’s Remote Application Launch Pad, users
can remotely access Taubman applications like: The Taubman Portal, BudgetPlus, Epicor Enterprise Financials,
FRx, Leaseflow, MRI, SonicWall, Timberline, Kronos and TTConcierge etc.
How do I access the New Taubman Remote? Access instructions are relative to the device you are using to connect. Refer to the scenario below that fits your
device description for Citrix Receiver setup instructions:

Scenario 1: Connect to Citrix via Taubman PC with Citrix Receiver Installed These instructions assume you are working from a center or remotely, using a Taubman provided Windows 7 Laptop or PC, with Citrix Receiver already installed.
1 Log into Citrix: When you log onto your PC, Citrix should prompt you to log in. Following are 3 scenarios you may encounter, and the steps to follow for each:
a) Citrix Login Launches at Startup:
1) The following login prompt will open upon startup 2) Login with your network credentials.
b) Citrix Login launched at startup but was cancelled:
If you have logged into your Taubman PC and Cancelled the Citrix login screen 1) Look for the Citrix Receiver in the system tray 2) Click the hidden icons arrow; right click Citrix icon 3) Click online sessions; click Logon to Refresh Application
a) Note: If you do not see the receiver icon in your system tray, you will need to re-launch Citrix

c) Citrix Does Not Launch at Startup
If you have logged into your Taubman PC, you don’t get the Citrix Receiver log on & Citrix receiver is not in the system tray.
1) Click Start, Select All Programs
2) Select Citrix Receiver 3) 1) Log into Citrix. The following login prompt will open:

Once logged into Citrix Receiver, you can access Taubman applications remotely va Citrix:
1) Click Start; Select All Programs 2) Click the Taubman_XA Folder.

3) All of the Citrix applications will be listed.
4) From the application list you have 2 options:
a) Option 1: Click a specific Application Link from the Taubman XA Application list. This is the quickest way to access a specific application without having to load the Server desktop. i) When an Application Link is clicked the Taubman Remote client will connect to the Application
Server – this may take a couple minutes and you should see the following screen:
. ii) Citrix will then launch the application you’ve selected. Use the individual application as you
normally would. Log on IDs will be the same as they are when you access them from the office iii) Log out of the application when done and use the x in the upper left corner of the browser window
to close it and return to the Application Launch Pad b) Option2: Open the Citrix Desktop for access to all apps on the server.
i) Select Desktop folder under Taubman XA

Scenario 2: Connect to Citrix from a Personal PC or Mac Requirements: Accessing Taubman Remote requires the installation of Citrix Receiver.
1) Install Citrix Receiver: a) Go to https://access.taubman.com b) Click on Link: Click to Download Citrix Client
c) This will then redirect to the following site: d) Click Save File
e) Click Run to Install Citrix Receiver

Scenario 3: Connect to Citrix from a Taubman Provided iPad or iPhone Requirements: Accessing Taubman Remote requires the installation of Citrix Receiver
**Note: The Citrix Receiver will be deployed to ALL Taubman iPads and iPhones automatically by the IT dept.
When the application has been deployed to iDevices, all devices will receive the following alert:
1) Click Install 2) Log into iTunes when prompted
(this will download Citrix Receiver) 3) Click Citrix Receiver App to open it 4) Click Add Account
5) In the Address Field enter: https://access.taubman.com
6) Click Next 7) For Username & Password, enter your network
credentials. 8) For Domain, Type Taubman 9) Click Save

Scenario 4: Connect to Citrix from a Personal iPad or iPhone Requirements: Accessing Taubman Remote requires the installation of Citrix Receiver
1) From the iDevice, Open the App Store App
2) Search for the Citrix Receiver 3) Install App (it’s FREE) 4) Click Open 5) Click Add Account
6) In the Address Field enter: https://access.taubman.com
7) Click Next 8) For Username & Password, enter your network
credentials. 9) For Domain, Type Taubman Click Save

Accessing Applications on Citrix using Citrix for Apple: 1) Open the Citrix APP
2) Click the +on the left side of the window to access
the application menu.
3) 4) From the application list you have 2 options:
a) Option 1: Open an individual App This is the quickest way to access a specific application without having to load the Server desktop. i) Select Taubman XA ii) Select the application you need

iii) When an Application link is clicked the Taubman Remote client will connect to the Application Server – this may take a couple minutes and you should see the following screen:
iv) Citrix will then launch the application you’ve selected. Use the individual application as you
normally would. Log on IDs will be the same as they are when you access them from the v) office vi) Log out of the application when done and use the x in the upper left corner of the browser
window to close it and return to the Application Launch Pad
b) Option2: Open the Citrix Desktop for access to all apps on the server. i) Select Desktop folder under Taubman XA ii) Select Desktop Applications iii) If it prompts you to log in use your network credentials

iv) Click Taubman XA; Scroll down & select Desktop;
v) Select Desktop Applications
vi) Close the Server Manager window if it appears, by clicking the x in the upper right corner:

vii) Click Start; All Programs for a list of available apps
viii) When done using Citrix make sure to log off by clicking Start; Logoff

Saving Files to the Local PC 1) Hover over the file you’d like to save
2) Right Click and Select Save Target As…

3) Choose the L Drive
4) Select the C Folder
5) If you get the following Security Warning, put a check mark in the box
6) Click Permit all access
7) Notice the folder save location: C:\Users\chf THEN the folders visible are located on your local machine
*Note* - Substitute your network username in the place of chf
