Hang Tags for Plant Material Posters Flyers Web Page Design Slide 54 Slide 55 For the awareness campaign we had requested $7,000 which would cover the cost of design and production of the marketing materials. ISDA requested that we increase the grant for a total of $13,000. We then increased the number of marketing materials and the printing of 5,000 more magazines. Slide 56 This is a 24 x 30 fold up map similar to a road map that has our members locations pinpointed on the map. There is another section that has their company name, logo, address with directions, phone, fax and email. Slide 57 Slide 58 Our original request was to print 2,000 maps to be mailed to our members and handed out at various trade shows for a grant total of $4,000. ISDA came back and asked if we could increase the grant to $13,000. In the 2 nd proposal we increased it to 4,000 copies for year 1 and 4,000 copies for year 2. We added mailing the maps to all licensees in Idaho and surrounding states and a website redesign for the on line flip format. Slide 59 The funds will be placed in a separate checking account at the advice of our CPA. There are monthly, quarterly and annual reports that will be given to ISDA. They have set up all of the documents, we just fill in our information.
