Minimum one night rental on all items except hourly/block rentals. All prices are subject to change.RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICYActive Duty can reserve equipment a maximum of 90 days from date of pick up. All other DoD ID card customers can reserve 60 days from date of pick up. VHIC card holders can reserve 30 days in advance.All reservable items require full payment upon reservation.Any reservation cancelled will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled pick up will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Any reservation not picked up will not receive a refund.

POLICIES• Must be 18 years of age with valid ID to sign for

equipment

• Equipment must be returned cleaned and dry, if not, cleaning fees will be assessed

• Equipment that is returned damaged will be charged repair or replacement fees

• All rental equipment must be picked up and returned no later than a half hour prior to closing

• Rental equipment returned past the due date will accrue a daily late charge equal to the daily charge of the item for every day late

• Customer will be responsible for obtaining personal insurance on rental trailers

• Minimum one day charge on all items, except for those priced as blocks

• Charges begin upon pick up

Mandatory camper class required. Classes are now offered online. Call Outdoor Rec to register and receive link. In-person classes will

occur on a case by case basis as needed (please speak with rental staff to schedule). All camper classes take place from

May 1 to Sept. 30, and last approximately two hours.Mandatory electrical hook-up check of towing vehicle required at least one week

prior to trailer checkout.Hitch height – 17-20” from top of ball to groundBrake Controller required for travel trailers over 3000lbs.

Sway bars provided for 23’ and 25’Generators half off with camper rental, highly

recommended if no electrical hookup.

Due to liability reasons, we are unable to assist with loading, unloading and strapping of any and all items. Be sure to bring help with you for pick up and return, we recommend one or two people.

This policy includes all rental equipment: bounce houses, campers, watercraft, power equipment, canopies, etc.
