The Renal Program defines the criteria for:

• Applying the flag to patients’ charts

• Process of communicating request to enter a CPI

• Designation of personnel to enter the flag on a custom screen in one of the following modules:

• ADM

• ITS

• OE

• PCS

• Register patients and apply the flag

• Maintain the flag
