HYDRAULIC FLUSHING UNIT - HFU 1250During the assembly and installation of the hydraulic system it is easily possible for dirt and other contamination to find their way into pipes and other items of equipment. It is necessary to flush out all this contamination so that it cannot have an adverse effect on the operation and life time of the equipment. Flushing is an operation you do not perform very often, this is why you can rent the HFU, or multiple HFUs if you need a bigger flushing capacity, at HYDAC.
The HFU 1250 is a modulair system with a flow of max.1250 l/min per unit. Multiple units can be inter-connected to increase flushing capacity. The system can be set up for flushing pipe systems from 24 up to 5000 l/min. Each functional unit is fitted in a 10 ft. container and can be rented for any location around the world because of its multi supply voltage and frequency design.The HFU is provided with filtration in both pressure and return line. The filters in the return line are switchable between multiple filtration grades during flushing.The temperature during flushing is controlled on basis of our database of oil types.

TRIPLE FILTER UNIT - TFU
The Triple Filtration Unit, TFU, is designed for offline use. The filterhousings are placed in series also known as a cascade enabling fast results when cleaning fluids. The layout of the TFU gives you the flexibility to use different filtration ratios to solve problems caused by specific particle sizes or other filtration options e.g. water, varnish or cost effective pre-cleaning using paper elements. You can also insert elements with decreasing filtration ratio leading to stepped filtration.
The TFU is delivered with a set of hoses and a range of fittings making it a Plug and Play filter system. The TFU can be used both as a Single pass filtration system and as Multi pass system.
The TFU can be installed independent from the system without causing production losses.
FluidAqua Mobil - FAMDo you have trouble with water in your oil? You can also rent dewatering units at HYDAC.
The FluidAqua Mobil operates on the principle of vacuum dewatering to eliminate free and dissolved water as well as free and dissolved gasses from hydraulic and lubrication fluids.

BOOSTER UNIT N2S-VDoes your system need an extra nitrogen boost?
The nitrogen charging unit N2 Server N2S-V is suitable for charging small accumulators or for topping up the gas pre-charge pressure on large accumulator stations. It consists of an oil supply unit, electrical and hydraulic controls, a piston accumulator and connection hoses.

The Fluid Control Unit is a portable service instrument for measuring particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication systems.

MOBILE DATA RECORDER - HMGMeasuring is key! If you want to know how your system is functioning, you can also rent the HMG a measuring device specially created by HYDAC for hydraulic systems.
The HMG 3000 is a top-performance portable measuring instrument, which enables the user to carry out a wide range of measurement tasks in the quickest possible time and in a cost and time effective way through the use of automated setting procedures, simple operation and extensive functions.

FLOWSENSOR - EVS
The flow rate transmitter with HSI sensor recognition has been specially developed for use in conjunction with HYDAC measuring instruments like the above mentioned HMG 3000 and are recognised automatically and all the necessary basic settings are taken from each instrument.As with all HYDAC flow rate transmitters the EVS operates according to the turbine principle. The speed of an impeller turning in the fluid flow is measured and converted into an electronic signal.

DIESEL DRIVEN HYDRAULIC POWER PACKSFor multipurpose and rotative equipment
Do you need extra power during your operations? HYDAC also offers a Diesel Driven Power Pack in its line of rental equipment.
Diesel Driven Hydraulic Power packs for multipurpose use are intended to power rotative as well linear equipment. The Power Packs can be used as a power source to operate for example winches, cylinders or rotative actuators. The most crucial reason to choose for the multipurpose units, is the capability to also be used in various energy consuming circuits with load control valves or counterbalance valves.
Apart from the multipurpose units, HYDAC specially developed Diesel Driven Hydraulic Power Packs for rotative equipment. The main advantages of the compact variant of these units, are the compact reservoir content and decreased hydraulic oil/air cooler. The most crucial reason for choosing the rotative equipment unit is the high efficiency ratio of the drive system. Load control valves and counterbalance valves are not allowed in these systems, because they can generate a large amount of heat.
When the Diesel Driven Hydraulic Power Pack is only required for a short period of time, there can be an understandable opposition to any costly investments. Renting the Diesel Driven HPU can thus be an economical and flexible alternative.
The controls are standardly executed with electro proportional pressure and flow control over an HMI Display. Our standard horsepower control function prevents excessive power demands from your power pack. All units comply with the latest emission regulations such as Tier 4 Final / Stage IV. Also in line with the latest regulations, our sophisticated ECO-Modus Start/Stop system can minimize fuel consumption during operations with stand-by hours.
The Power Packs can be installed and commissioned by our service engineers all around the globe. The Diesel Driven HPU will be operated by our service engineers on-site.
