RESERVING A TENTWhen interested in ordering a tent, we would be happy tosend an event specialist to your location to discuss the manyoptions that are available. We can also make suggestions forparty equipment such as tables, chairs, china, glassware,flatware and linens.

Upon arrival we will take accurate measurements andascertain any installation challenges in order to recommendthe most suitable structure for your needs. Next, ourrepresentative will digitally photograph the site so that wemay produce a virtual rendering to illustrate how your tent willlook in your location.

Finally, we present to you a comprehensive proposal includinga summary of costs in menu format so that you can createthe package that works best for your budget, a floor planlayout, as well as the above mentioned digital rendering ofyour tent in your location.

DELIVERY & PICKUP SERVICES• Additional charges apply for deliveries and pickups.• Standard delivery rates will apply and are contingent upon

prompt and efficient reception at the time of delivery andpickup.

• Additional charges may apply for all deliveries and pickupsmade at any floor/level other than ground floor/level.

• Additional charges may apply for equipment which is notprepared, packed and ready for pickup.

• Minimum order to qualify for delivery and pickup service is$75.00 (some restrictions do apply and are subject tochange at the discretion of management) plus a separatedelivery charge.

SECURITY DEPOSITS & DAMAGE WAIVERA security deposit is required on all rental equipment, which isrefundable once the equipment is returned. The security depositis not applied towards the rental amount and is held as aseparate transaction. Included in your contract is a non-refundable“Damage Waiver” (rental insurance). The “Damage Waiver” actsas a safeguard in the event any rental equipment is brokenand/or damaged while it’s in your possession. Should youchoose to decline the “Damage Waiver”, you must initial thecontract therefore insuring us that you intend to be solely responsiblefor any and all breakages and/or damages. All shortages anddamages are to be deducted from the security deposit amount.

CLEANING & SANITIZING*• Flatware, Dinnerware and Glassware items are required to be

rinsed prior to return.• Linen items are required to be free of debris and shaken out

prior to return. Please be sure all linen is dry prior to placing inplastic bags to prevent mold and staining.

• Chafing equipment is required to be free of all debris andrinsed prior to return.

• A “Grill Cleaning Charge” is applied to each grill on every rentalcontracts. The grill cleaning charge is only refundable uponreturn if the grill is returned clean.

*Additional cleaning fees will apply for any equipment that isreturned UNCLEAN.Miller’s Rentals, Inc. certifies that all of its equipment is wellmaintained and that its flatware, dinnerware and glasswareare always sanitized prior to each rental. We have taken allnecessary measures to insure your satisfaction.
