Request to Register Tenancy Contracts in Ejari System

This service allows clients to apply to register tenancy contracts in Ejari System through companies and landlords registered with Ejari System.

The service is provided by the Rental Regulatory Section.

Required Documents

1- Tenancy Contract 2- Copies of Passports and Emirates ID Cards of individuals, or a copy

of the Commercial Licenses of the company 3- Plot number4- The premises number mentioned in DEWA bill (electricity meter

number), or a letter from the landlord indicating the meter number in case of shared electricity meters

Fees

1- 100 Dirhams as Tenancy Contract Registration Fee + 50 Dirhams as Emirates Real Estate Solutions fees

2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)3- Innovation Dirham Fees

In case of registration in Center for Registration of Tenancy Contracts:1- 195 Dirhams2- Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)3- Innovation Dirham Fees

Request to Register Property Management Contract

This service allows clients to apply to register management contracts between landlords and real estate management companies, and to perform all relevant transactions through Ejari System.

To apply for this service, a license must be issued by the Department of Economic Development for the provision of real estate management or real estate administrative supervision services.

The service is provided by the Rental Regulatory Section.

Request for Renewal of Property Management Contract

This service allows clients to apply to renew management contracts between landlords and real estate management companies, and to perform all relevant transactions.

To apply for this service, the license issued by the Department of Economic Development, to provide real estate management or real estate administrative supervision services, must be renewed.

The service is provided by the Rental Regulatory Section.

Request for Transfer of Property Management Contract

This service allows a client to apply to transfer a management contract from a real estate management company to another.

To apply for this service, the real estate management license issued by the Department of Economic Development must be submitted.

This service allows a client to apply to revoke a management contract with a real estate management company.

Request for Registration of User in Ejari System

This service allows clients to apply to register companies and landlords as users of Ejari System. Users are granted access to use the system to register tenancy contracts and real estate management contracts, and avail of other services of the system.

Companies applying for this service must hold a commercial license from the Department of Economic Development.

The service is provided by the Rental Regulatory Section.

Landlord: 1- Passport copy 2- Landlord number of registration with the Land Department

Company:1- Copy of the Commercial License2- Copy of the Passport of the company representative (manager)3- A letter from the company stating the names of users eligible to use

the system4- Copies of Passports of the employees nominated to use the system

This service allows clients to apply for an approval to lease out a real estate unit through Ejari System.
