How to Choose the Right Vacuum Gauge

In our last newsletter, we announced our new line of Vacuum Gauges and Controllers. Our Vacuum Gauges cover pressures ranging from atmosphere to ultra-high vacuum and employ the most advanced digital technology in a small, compact design.

When deciding what Vacuum Gauge you require, you should have these three things in mind: 1. What atmospheric pressure will it be covering? 2. What application will it be used for? 3. What are my size and cost requirements?

The EBARA Gauge Pirani (EGP) includes an easy-push button and HV adjustment. This gauge applies to low vacuum to medium vacuum pressure. The EBARA Gauge Pirani Capacitance (EGPC) provides high accuracy and gas independent measurement, covering pressures from atmosphere to medium vacuum. The EBARA Gauge Pirani Ion (EGPI) combines a Pirani gauge with a Hot Cathode Ionization gauge, covering atmosphere to ultra-high vacuum. The EBARA Gauge Total One (EGT) combines three technologies (Capacitance, Pirani, and Hot Ionization) into a single, compact package covering the entire vacuum range.

All gauges are available with an optional digital display.

For additional information on our Gauges, please contact us at 800-535-5376, or email us at [email protected].
