We have taken all precautions toreduce impact of transport of rawmaterlal etc in the surroundingenvironment including agriculturalland. Such as Fly ash is transported inclosed container, internal roads ofplant are paved and regular sprinklingof water done on roads. We naveseparate parkinq areas for trucks.
vii. Total water requirement for cement plant from bore weltsshall not exceed Som'/day. All the treated wastewater shallbe recycled and reused in the process and/ or for dustsuppression and green belt development and other plantrelated activities .etc. No process wastewater sha bedischarged outside the factory premises and zero discharoeshall be adopted.
- Total water requirement does notexceed 50m3/day.
- Being a Zero Discharge unit nowaste water is generated.
- Sewage Treatment Plant has Deenconstructed and waste water is usinofor spraying and plantation afteitreatment.
v r. Efforts shall be made to make use of rain water harvested.lf needed, capacity of the reservoir shall be enhanced tomeet the maximum water requirement. Only balance waterrequirement shall be met from otner sources,
Rain water harvesting system hasbeen installed for conservation of rainwater. All the rooftop water is collectedand discharging deep into the groundfor recharging the ground water.
tx. All the bag filter dust, raw meal dust, coal dust, clinker dustand cement dust from pollution control devices shall berecycled and reused in the process used for cementmanufacturing. Spent oil and batteries should be sold toauthorized recyclers / reproessors only.
Dust from the pollution control devicesis recycled and reused in the cementmanufacturing process. Spent oilreused in the plant machineries forlubrication.
X. Green belt shall be developed in an area of 6.6 acres. inand around the cement plant as per the CPCB guidelines tomitlgate the etfects of air emissions in consultation withlocal DFO.
We are developing the green bettinside the plant premises to mitigatethe effects of pollution in consultationwith local DFO.
xt. All the recommendations made in the Chapter on CoroorateResponsibility for Environment protection (CREp) fbr theCement plants shall be implemented.

A copy of clearance letter shall be sent by the proponent toconcerned Panchayat, Zila Parishad/Municipal Corporation,Urban Local Body and the local NGO, if any, from whomsuggestions/representations, if any, were received whileprocessing the proposal. The clearance lefter shall also beput on the web site of the company by the proponent.

xii. The project proponent shall upload the status of complianceof the stipulated environment clearance conditions, includingresults of monitored data on their website and shall uodatethe same periodically. lt shall simultaneously be sent to theRegional Office of the MoEF at Shillong. The respectiveZonal Officd of CPCB and the SPCB. The criteria pollutantlevels namely; PMro, SO2, NOx (ambient levels as well asstack emissions) or critical sectoral parameters, indicated forthe projects shall be monitored and displayed at aconvenient location near the main gate of the company in theoublic domain.

The project proponent shall also submit six monthly reportson the status of the comoliance of the stiDulatedenvironmental conditions including results of monitored data(both in hard copies as well as by e-mail) to the RegionalOffice of MoEF, the respective Zonal Office of CPCB and theSPCB. The Regional Office of this Ministry at Shillong/CPCB / SPCB shall monitor the stioulated conditions.
Regularly submitting six monthlyreports on the status of the complianceof the stipulated environmentalconditions including results ofmonitored data to respective agenciesas stioulated.
