the

committee.

This

is

in

accordance

with

the

Memorandum

of

Understanding

signed

in

Tripoti,

Libya

on

the

20th

of

April,

2010

which

was

referred

to

in

the

Joint

Communique

of

the

4th

Tripartite

Meeting

held

on

22_23

February

2011.
