This is in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed in Tripoti, Libya on the 20th of April, 2010 which was referred to in the Joint Communique of the 4th Tripartite Meeting held on 22_23 February 2011. lll' The GPH Experts Group was chaired by Undersecretary Dimasangcay pundato. The members are Undersecretary learr Tanodra Armamento (DoJ), Assistant secretary Nariman Ambolodto (DILG), Executive Director Diamadel E. Dumagay (RPDo-ARMM), and Hermiria Nas (qpApA). The MNLF Experts Group was chaired by Reverend Absalom cerveza and the members are Atty. Florencio Narido, Ali Montaha Babao, Dr. samsula Adju, and Gen. yahodza simpal. lv' The GPH-MNLF Experts working Group, with the assistance of Muhanna Aba Alkhail of the saudi Arabian Embassy which hosted the EWG meetings and Mr. Ali Demirci of the organization of lslamic Conference, was able to come up with a draft Terms of Reference (ToR), copy of which is attached as Annex .,A,,.
