• One representative per member organization.• Initial member organizations selected by tg-

governance via By-Laws process.• Reps. Chosen by Orgs themselves after

solicitation from Pordes & fkw• All filled except BTeV, ANL, JLAB, VDT• Is that good enough to get going?• Meets via phone on Tuesdays 10am pacific

as needed.• Meetings convened by fkw as Chair of ieb.

IEB Activities

• Everything concerning governance of OSG was deliberated and dealt with in the open by tg-governance or the council.

• Very few email exchanges, and no meetings within the ieb, excluding the council.

• Thus, nothing to report.• Is there a need to establish EB now?

• Do not have one.
