training sites during first two weeks following sessions held

secondly networking sharing very important keys organizing programindispensable participants eleven trainees eight countries

varying backgrounds diverse expertise japanese studies librarianship diversityexpertise various things helped mutual learning between trainees these terms USparticipants contributed greatly participants many ways I1 deeply appreciateNCCs selection efforts trainees serious active professionals facingvarious difficulties dealing japanese information resources providing informationservice japan struggling them often local environment without colleaguesnow found colleagues friends willing share various experiences expertise

thirdly networking sharing occurred among trainees betweentrainees japanese librarians gave lectures andor chances attend varioussessions receptions during program japanese librarians learned activitiesservices overseas japanese studies involved environments difficulties facingthem needs trainees got acquainted real experts japanese informationresources japan made contacts future

C language ability focal point discussion reviewing program
