BackgroundThe NCDN-CEE had its first capacity

development meeting in FAO Budapest 16-17th November 2006. The web site is: http://agrowebcee.net/subnetwork/ncdn/

ParticipationThe meeting was attended 11 countries:

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, FYR Macedonia, Hungary, The Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
