EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Northquest Ltd. optioned the High Falls property in May 2009. In the summer of 2009, five mineral
occurrences were excavated, power washed, mapped at 1:100, and channel sampled. A total of 213
channel samples were collected and assayed for gold. Concurrently, a property-wide prospecting
program was completed and 214 rock samples were collected and analyzed for gold.
At the newly discovered Hubcap Showing, flat-lying quartz-pyrite-magnetite veins in magnetite-rich
gabbro contain 3002 ppb gold over an 8 metre long channel.
A program of additional sampling and diamond drilling is justified with an approximate cost of $250,000.

1.0 Introduction
Northquest Ltd. acquired the High Falls project through an option agreement dated 20 May 2009. The
property is located in Lend rum, Rabazo, and McMurray Townships 5 km south of Wawa, Ontario, in the
Sault Ste. Marie Mining Division (Figure 1). In June, July, and August 2009, Northquest completed a
program of property-scale prospecting and rock chip sampling. In addition, 5 gold occurrences were
stripped off with a Hyundai Robex 200 LC excavator, power washed, mapped at 1:100, and channel
sampled with a rock saw with a diamond blade. This report describes the exploration program
completed in 2009.
2.0 location, access, and infrastructure
The property is located 5 km south of the town of Wawa and 220 km north of Sault Ste Marie. Access to
the property is by all weather gravel road 3 km east ofTransCanada Highway 17. Two power lines cross
the property. Wawa has a population of approximately 3,000. Fuel, supplies, and labour are readily
available in Wawa.

4.0 Regional geology
The High Falls property is within the Archean Michipicoten Greenstone Belt of the Canadian
Precambrian Shield. This belt consists of volcanic, sedimentary and subvolcanic intrusive rocks cut by a
network of northwest to northeast trending mafic dykes (diabase, lamprophyre/kimberlite and feeder
dykes). Relatively small carbonatite intrusive complexes occur locally.
5.0 Local geology
The High Falls Property is located near the southwest end of the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt. The belt
has an apophysis, 2.5 km wide by 17 km long, called the Anjigami-High Falls Structure that extends
southeast from the main body of the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt.
The Property is on the southwest flank of the Jubilee Granite Stock and the northwest flank of the
Centennial Granite Stock. There are feldspar porphyries and gabbro intrusions within the volcanic
sequence on the property.
Several northwest to northeast-trending fractures and shear zones cut the supracrustal sequence. Some
of the shear zones have secondary mineral assemblages with quartz, chlorite, sericite, carbonate, and
gold.
6.0 Previous work
There has been a minor amount of work completed in the southeastern part of the property. Most of
the work is poorly documented. Local residents have known about the existence of visible gold in a
quartz vein located at the east end of a small pond referred to as Tiger Pond Showing on claim 4218086.
It is not known who discovered the vein or what work was done to evaluate the vein.
In 1968 to 1970, 12 drill holes totalling 2609 feet were drilled by B. Carleton in the area of a 'showing' near the south end of current claim 4218086. Some of these holes may have been on the High Falls property. The target was a quartz vein. No assay results from these holes are known.
In 1962, Consolidated Bellakeno Mines Limited completed 6 diamond drill holes on a gold prospect known as the Stenabaugh. The locations ofthe drill holes is unclear, however some of them may have been on claims 4218086 and 4218051. Only trace gold was intersected in the holes despite high gold values at surface.
In 1991 to 1994, C.C. 'Mickey' Clement completed a modest amount of work on several targets in the northwest part of the High Falls property. The work included prospecting, magnetometer and VLF-EM surveys, limited stripping and several drill holes. Surface sampling produced encouraging gold values in veins and the drilling intersected minor gold.
In 1988 to 1989, Allied Northern Resources Ltd. held a large claim block in McMurray Township, the south part of which covered the northeastern part of the High Falls property. Geological mapping, ground magnetometer and VLF-EM surveys, geochemical sampling, and drilling were completed east of the High Falls property.
4
In late December, 2008, Gilbert Clement discovered a new gold occurrence which became known as the
"Hubcap Showing".
In May 2009, Northquest Ltd. Optioned the current property from C.C. "Mickey" Clement.
7.0 Work completed by Northquest ltd.
Following the acquisition of the Property, Northquest completed an exploration program consisting of
data compilation, prospecting, reconnaissance scale geological mapping, stripping and rock sampling.
The entire work program was focused in the southeast part of the claim group in the area of a new gold
discovery referred to as the 'Hubcap Showing' which was discovered by Gilbert Clement in the winter of
2009.
The prospecting and reconnaissance mapping program resulted in the discovery of several old pits, an
undocumented shallow shaft and an undocumented ad it in the southeast part of the property. A minor
amount of prospecting (2 days) was completed elsewhere on the property. The locations of the
prospecting and reconnaissance samples are listed in Appendix 1 and Figure 3 illustrates the locations of
the samples that were collected. All of the samples were analyzed for gold by FA-AA on a 30 gram assay
charge (Appendix 4).
Detailed prospecting in the area of the 'Hubcap Showing' located another zone of hydrothermal
alteration at the Diamond occurrence which is on strike from the Hubcap occurrence. An extensive
stripping program was carried out in 5 areas in the southeast part of the claim group. These areas are
shown on Figure 4 (superimposed on the regional TMI), and listed in Table 2. In addition, the channel
samples are described in Appendix 1 and maps of each excavation are included in Appendix 2. All of the
channel samples were analyzed for gold by FA-AA on a 30 gram assay charge (Appendix 4).

Figure 4. Location of mineral occurrences on the High Falls property. The mineral occurrences are
superimposed on the regional OGS airborne TMI. The high intensity, northwest-trending TMI anomaly
at the Hubcap, Diamond, and Shaft occurrences is a magnetite-bearing gabbro intrusion.
7
The Hubcap, Diamond, and Shaft occurrences are quartz veins with pyrite and magnetite hosted in a
gabbro intrusion. This previously unrecognized unit dominates the southeast part of the claim group.
The gabbro is highly altered to quartz, sulphide, carbonate, and secondary magnetite and intruded
locally by felsic rocks. The Willie and Tiger Pond occurrences are hosted in carbonatized volcanic rock,
most likely mafic in original composition.
The highlights of the channel sampling are summarized as follows.

As for the reconnaissance samples that were collected, although there were many samples collected,
only one sample contained an appreciable amount of gold, i.e. above a gram per ton. That sample was
collected at the entrance to an old adit at 666784 E 5311794 N. It consisted of a quartz-carbonate vein a
few em wide, with 2% pyrite (sample 492564) and contained 1580 ppb gold from a grab sample.
The work program is summarized below:
• Prospecting and mapping, 30 man days (prospector plus assistant)
• Reconnaissance rock samples collected and assayed, 214 samples assayed by FA-AA
• 5 gold occurrences excavated and recontoured with Hyundai Robex LC 200, 418 hours (including
LC 200, skidder, and labour)
• 955 square metres exposed
• All exposures power washed and mapped at 1:100
8
• 213 channel samples cut, collected, and assayed for gold by FA-AA
8.0 Conclusions and recommendations
In the summer of 2009, a newly discovered gold occurrence known as the Hubcap Occurrence was
excavated and channel sampled. Concurrently, prospecting and reconnaissance sampling was carried
out and four other areas of promising hydrothermal alteration and/or gold in reconnaissance samples
were excavated and channel sampled. The Hubcap occurrence yielded a channel sample 8 metres long
grading 3 g/t gold while the channel samples from the other excavations contain only minor gold
concentrations. No drilling has ever been completed at the Hubcap occurrence. Accordingly it is
recommended that four to six drill holes be completed at the occurrence to determine the geometry,
size, and grade of the mineralized rocks. It is estimated that this work will cost $250,000.
