Galer MMI Survey 2010 i
SummaryA soil survey was completed over a part of the Galer Lake Fault Property in AlmaTownship during the winter of 2010. Twenty one soil samples were collectedalong a section of the Galer Lake Fault. The samples were analysed for 53elements—by SGS Canada Inc.—using the Mobile Metal Ions Technology.
The area bedrock is prospective for gold ± copper, lead, silver, bismuth, uranium, molybdenum deposits and is mostly unexplored due to extensiveoverburden cover.
The 2010 soil survey was carried out at closer sample intervals to confirm anddefine MMI anomalies outlined by an MMI survey completed in 2008.
The 2010 sampling results are low to highly anomalous and confirm the good2008 results. Power stripping is warranted to expose the underlying bedrockbeneath the strongest anomalies.

Galer MMI Survey 2010 1
Introductionoil sampling and analysis were completed during the winter of 2010 with 21samples collected along transects on one claim in Alma Twp., Ontario. The
samples were analyzed by SGS Canada Inc. (SGS) of Toronto using the MobileMetal Ion (MMI) Technology . The objective of the survey was to confirm anddelineate highly anomalous geochemical signatures in soil using the MMItechnology in a geological setting favourable for Au, Ag Cu, Pb, Bi, Mo, U mineraldeposits.

GeologyRegional GeologyThe Matachewan area is composed of Archean metavolcanic, metasedimentaryand intrusive rocks which are part of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Alma andCairo Township area is underlain by tholeiitic flows of the Kinojevis group andcalc-alkaline flows and pyroclastic rocks of the Blake River Group. Archeansedimentary rocks unconformibly overlie the volcanic rocks. This volcano-sedimentary assemblage is intruded by Archean mafic sills, dikes and felsicintrusions. Proterozoic sedimentary rocks of the Huronian Group unconformiblyoverlie the Archean rocks.
Numerous north-south faults cut across the region and many have beenintruded by diabase dikes. The Galer Lake Fault, a major fault zone, trends west-south-west across the property and may be a splay off the Larder Lake Break.
The regional geology is shown in Figure 3.

Property GeologyThe Galer Lake Property is underlain by syenite porphyry of the Cairo Stock andnorth trending Matachewan diabase dikes that intrude the syenite. The GalerLake Fault strikes west-south-west through Alma and Cairo Twps. A gold bearingboulder—28.4 g/t—was discovered 200 metres south of the Galer Lake Fault byINCO.
Current WorkMMI Soil Geochemical SurveyThe soil samples were collected along lines LG8+75E, LG8+87E, LG9E, andLG9+25E on March 13 , 14, and 15, 2010 by Terry Link of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The lines were laid out N-S by compass and flagged with ribbon and marked withline and station coordinates. The location of each line was referenced to the UTMgrid by Garmin GPS. The soil samples were collected at the flagged stations withthe sample assay numbers being the same as the station coordinates. The samplelocations are shown on the Sample Location Maps in Appendix A. A total of 21soil samples—weighing 300 to 500 grams per sample—were collected using adutch auger at a depth of 10 through 20 cm below the bottom of the livingorganics. The samples were placed in plastic bags on site and were shipped to

SGS for analysis on March 16, 2010. Sample descriptions including location, depth and soil type are presented in Appendix A.
The MMI analysis measures the metal ions from mineralization that havemoved toward the surface and attached loosely to the surface of soil particles. Thesamples collected were analyzed by SGS for 53 elements using the MMI-Mpackage. The elements reported are: Ag, Al, As, Au, Ba, Bi, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs,Cu, Dy, Er, Eu, Fe, Ga, Gd, Hg, In, K, La, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Nb, Nd, Ni, P, Pb, Pd,Pr, Pt, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sm, Sn, Sr, Ta, Tb, Te, Th, Ti, Tl, U, W, Y, Yb, Zn and Zr. TheMMI analysis data is shown on SGS certificate of analysis work order TO109427in Appendix A.Data Treatment and PresentationData treatment and presentation follows the methods recommended for MMIdata.
Any data that is less than the lower limit of determination(<LLD) has beenreplaced with a value one-half of the LLD for statistical calculations and graphicalrepresentation.
The raw data background value for an element is the arithmetic mean of thelower quartile of the raw data for that element. The background was calculatedusing raw data from samples covered in this report and from all samples coveredin previous Galer Lake Fault reports by Link and Sharpley from 2005 to 2008.Raw data background values were calculated for selected elements and are asfollows:
Table 1: Raw data background
Element Raw data backgroundAg 1.39 ppbAs 5.0 ppbAu 0.05 ppbBa 361 ppbBi 0.5 ppbCo 13.8 ppbCu 104 ppbMo 2.5 ppbNi 82.1 ppbPb 153 ppbU 3.67 ppb
The response ratio(RR) was calculated by dividing the raw value for theelement at each site by the raw data background value for that element. The RRbackground is always 1.
ResultsResults for selected elements are shown as response ratios in table 2 below, andare also graphically depicted as charts and plan maps in Appendix A. All resultsare shown in assay certificate TO109427.

For the purpose of interpretation of results the following rating system is usedbased on other MMI studies and surveys completed in similar glaciated terrainwith shallow overburden cover.
— a response ratio of 5 to 20 times background is a low contrast anomalousresponse
— a response ratio between 20 and 50 times background is a moderate contrastanomalous response
— a response ratio greater than 50 times background is a high contrastresponse
The best results are on line LG9E from 450N to 475N with highly anomalouslead, and low to moderately anomalous silver, gold, barium, cobalt, copper anduranium.Samples with anomalous response ratios are shown in Table 2 with response
ratios of 5 to 20 highlighted green, 20 to 50 blue and above 50 light red.

Conclusions and RecommendationsThe low to high contrast Ag, Au, Ba, Co, Cu, Pb and U anomalies suggestunderlying metal enrichment. The best results are on line LG9E from 450N to475N and confirm the 2008 MMI results. An attempt to expose underlyingbedrock by power stripping from 425N to 500N is warranted based on the good2010 and 2008 results.
