Dear Sirs:

He: Geophysical Exploration Programme Legris Lake Area Property. Ontario

During the months of February, March, April, May, June and July, 1987, a geophysical exploration programme consisting of a detailed Electromagnetic Survey and a detailed Magnetometer Survey was carried out on your property located in the Legris Lake Area in the Thunder Bay Mining Division of Ontario.

The survey consisted of approximately 100 miles of line cutting and ninety-eight miles of both electromagnetic and magnetic surveys.

Summary of Results

The Electromagnetic Survey revealed a minor conductor labelled Conductor "A" on the accompanying map and a number of smaller conductors, one of which has been labelled "Minor Conductor" on the accompanying map. Conductor "A" has extremely good magnetic correlation and is believed to represent a complex zone of disseminated sulphide mineralization.

Recommendations and Conclusions

Conductor "A" probably represents a zone of minor sulphide mineralization and should be explored by a single drill hole. The Minor Conductor mapped should be prospected and mapped geologically before drilling.

Terms of Reference

The survey was carried out on my recommendation. The survey was designed to explore a ninety-eight claim group held under option and known to be underlain by an intrusive gabbro that may be the host rock for PGM deposits. However no PGM mineralization has been noted in this intrusive to date.

The claims covered by the survey are as follows:

The lines were cut by Contractor personnel and the magnetic and electromagnetic surveys were carried out under the direction of Mr. Max Juby, B.Se., on the Lake Legris property.

The lines were cut at 300 foot spacing in a N50 W direction. Station intervals were established at 100 feet with numerous 50 foot stations established in anomalous areas.

Page 3

In addition, Mr. Juby prospected the area in the vicinity of Conductor "A" and located sulphide bearing gabbros slightly north of Conductor "A".

Methods Used and the Presentation of Results

The Electromagnetic Survey

The Electromagnetic Survey employed the Max-Min Instrument operated in a horizontal-coil configuration with a 200 foot transmitter-receiver separation. Readings were taken on the high frequency at approximately 3,700 OPS. In general, readings of both the in-phases and the out-of-phase were taken and only the out-of-phase was plotted on the accompanying map. The in-phase is believed to be misrepresentative of the actual situation in view of the topographical differences experienced during the survey.

The Magnetometer Survey

The Magnetometer Survey utilized the Scintrex Proton Magnetometer Instrument and readings representing the total field variations are plotted on the accompanying map.

The readings were corrected for diurnal variations using the base station method. The magnetic results have been contoured only roughly as the geology of the area is extremely complex and experience in the area has indicated that contouring of the magnetic anomalies can frequently lead to improper interpretation if done in the normal fashion.

Interpretation of Geophysical Results

Both the electromagnetic and magnetic responses in the vicinity of Anomaly "A" represent a Zone of minor sulphide mineralization. The Conductor appears to be about 1,000 feet long. The magnetic response in the vicinity of the Conductor reinforces the interpretation of sulphide mineralization and may indicate a gabbro-gabbro contact.

All of which is t respectfully submitted,

it-'}

J. Patrick Sheridan, P.Eng. J
