PROJECT PARTICIPANTS

• THE DESIGNER THE INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION THAT INTERPRET ANDGUIDE THE OWNER IN DESIGN,CONSTRUCTION COST,SCHEDULE AND DOCUMENTS. EXAMPLES ARE ARCHITECTSAND ENGINEERS.
