DUTIES To provide stenographic and secretarial services as required by the officers ofthe Human Resource Section.

To assist officers within the section in various specific tasks and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS Applications must have completed high school studies up to form 6/years 12 at secondary level.

Should have passed studies and examinations leading to ail award of a certificate or diploma in Secretarial Practice/Studies.

Applicants sllould be able to take dictation in shorthand and to type with the speed of 100 Wpm and 50 Wpm, respectively.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Applicants should be able to operate personnel computer word processor and various programs, Electric typewriter facsimile machine and copies besides attending telephone calls.

Applicants must be reliable, energetic and must be willing to work beyond office hours when called upon-including weekends and public holidays.
