I-TEXT KAY RD HOTLINE PROJECT
74447701 I-text kay RD Hotline Project aims to provide an easy access by the community to
the Police for a prompt and immediate action on reports and complaints through
messages. This project provides real time broadcast via text messaging such as
information dissemination, issuance of warning, and the ability to cater for inquiries and
reports from the community wherein the SMART INFOCAST, a web-based solution, can
accommodate. It offers various SMS facilities with different functions and capabilities
catering to the needs of the community/organization. It has a dedicated application that
can be installed to a cellphone unit that offers an easy and convenient way of
corresponding with others. Further, a personalized access code thru four-digit number
for easy and fast access to include a mask name is incorporated in this solution.
This project has been gradually familiar region wide after its launching on the 30th
of July 2019. This project through the innovative mind of PBG JOEL S ORDUÑA, former
Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1 which caters queries, reports, request for
assistance, complaints and other information from the constituents.
