AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOTSKA NG BAYAN UNDER THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE UNIT.

Section 8. Implementing Rules & Regulations fIRR) The City Health Department under the Office of the City Mayor shat! come up with an Implementing Rules & Regulations (SRR) within sixty (60) days after the effectlvity of this ordinance, and submit the same to the Sangguniang Panfungsod for ratification-

Section 9. Separability Clause - if any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, provisions which are not affected shall remain with full force and effect

Section 10. EffeetivHy Clause. This ordinance shall take effect after fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Bacofod.
