= on 1;+';+&', took a ten minute work break, after returning back to my work station, my staffmanager informed me that a lady was on hold and wanted to speak with me stated @= am calling about one
of your employee who = am eicting@, Denise A. Baker then gae the staff manager my name.!his telephone call was not in any attempt to sere me with process of any documents, as she
neer stated in the seeral calls to me or any of the managers that she was sering me documents.
= contend that Denise A. Baker hae taken this course of conduct because of seeral reasons? irst, =hae made complaints against her to the $nironmental Health Department about the liing condition of
the duple< = rent from Dense A. Baker, coupled with me being a witness in a ciil action that hae been
brought by Denise A. Baker>s sibling in a property dispute.
