PROPOSALS ARE INVITED from SAP HANA certified partners for the upgrade of MVA Fund’s SAP ERP Modules, CRM systems to SAP S/4 HANA platform. Modules implemented include Customer Relationship Management, Workflow based Claims and Enterprise Resource Management System, Human Capital Management, Financial Accounting and Controlling, Materials Management, Treasury and Risk Management and Solution Manager. This is an open International tender; Local firms must be PPADB registered in the following code; Code 120 - ICT Technical Services Sub Code 01- Systems Development Services and maintenance services, 09 - Imaging, data capture and migration services and/or 03- Data centre maintenance & hosting facilities; Code 319 - ICT Consultancy Services Sub Code 01 - ICT System Development
RFP documents can be obtained from Finance and Administration Department, Third Floor, Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, MVA Fund House, Plot No 50367, Fairgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana with effect from 11th January 2021. A non-refundable fee of P75.00 (VAT Inclusive) for youth owned companies and P150.00 (VAT inclusive) for non-youth companies is required on collection of RFP document.
