We intend that "Radioisotopes Pilot Plant - FacilityDesign and Safety Evaluation", MND-3137, replace allprevious submissions in connection with the existingbyproduct license 19-1398-29 with the following exceptions:

(1) A Proposed Amendment to License 19-1398-29submitted to you on April 1, 1964 coveringthe removal and disposal.of the StationaryOverhead Transfer System.

(2) A proposed amendment to be submitted toyou in the near future to obtain Commissionapproval for the rehabilitation of Cells1 and 2.

Your approval of this submission is required no laterthan July 1, 1964 in order that we may resume production ofheat sources at that time.
