READ ACROSS AMERICA-----A HUGE SUCCESS!!!!!
Read Across America: Read the Most from Coast to Coast was a HUGE success not only in our school but across the entire country! The goal for the entire country was to exceed 5,000,000 AR tests in one day. Well, the kids across America stepped up to the plate and passed 4,987,949 AR tests! That was close to the goal! That’s awesome!
Our school results were just as impressive too. We had a total of 1,679 tests taken during the day on Friday February 28th.
1st Place class was 5B with 283 tests passed
2nd Place was 5A with 230 tests passed.
3rd Place was a tie between 2nd grade and 6A with 180 tests passed in each room.
