Ejercito, and SK Chairperson Cesar Paul Basea ============================================================================== ==== WHEREAS, the Barangay has been faced with a number of traffic and traffic – related problems. Aside from the emergence of many business establishments in the barangay thus making the barangay a business district, educational institutions such as Xavier School, Immaculate Conception Academy, the Philippine Cheng Kuang High School, and the influx of tutorial centers have also affected the traffic situation in the community. WHEREAS, the continuous development of high rise building in the barangay which do not provide ample parking spaces for their residents and/or customers has aggravated the traffic problem in the community. WHEREAS, the Municipal Council passed and approved Municipal Ordinance 37, Series of 2004 otherwise known as the San Juan Traffic Parking and Management Code. Section 144 of the said Ordinance states that the Mayor is given full power and authority to issue Executive Orders and rules and regulations especially in regulating the use and enjoyment of city streets.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR GUIA G. GOMEZ TO REGULATE THE USE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN LITTLE BAGUIO AS ONE WAY AND ONE SIDE PARKING THROUGH AN EXECUTIVE ORDER.

WHEREAS, the Barangay has been faced with a number of traffic and traffic – related problems. a) MONDAY TO FRIDAY (ONE – WAY 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM; 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM)

i) GEN. LIM (from Rotonda (Grant) going to J.A. Santos Street)ii) GEN. MASCARDO (from Gen. Lim going to J.A. Santos Streetsiii) GEN. DE JESUS (from Xavier going to J.A. Santos Street)iv) GEN. Gomez,to regulate the use of certain streets in Little Baguio as One Way and One Side Parking through an Executive Order.
