RESEARCH PROPOSAL
Research Question:
Rationale:Eben Binah is an architects' firm, which has recently been showing problems in job turnover, recruitment and retention. It is through this proposal that it is intended to find new techniques to improve their Human Resources, mainly focusing on the identification of problems face by the workforce in the workplace, and apply motivational theory to find the best solutions.
Theoretical framework:I plan to analyse and evaluate ways in which Eben Binah may improve job turnover. I'll be focusing in Human Resources' techniques, such as motivation, recruitment and retention, and management styles. I'll finally produce a SWOT analysis to support my recommendations.

Methodology:Primary research:
• Create surveys which will be intended for the staff of the firm, which purpose will be to identify current motivation and conformity with their work, to also find out how workers believe the working environment can improve.• Interview key Eben Binah personal (i.e.administrators and managers) to
establish information relating to current staff motivation and situation. Also to identify current job turnover, and foresee future strategies of the implications of the development of a new Human Resources plan.
Secondary research:• Research on previous human resources plans to anticipate the effectiveness of
the new plan, which takes into account the specific situation of Eben Binah.

Limited perspective as only evaluating the main office of Eben Binah

Biased responses in surveys, given possible personal uncomformity
Balance with managers and head of department evaluations of workers and answers to the surveys.
