intersystem of core critical infrastructures, prioritize critical infrastructures of interest (not all are equal), modify the set in light of local case study priorities, interview each selected infrastructure for their risk and vulnerability assessments (where their own chokepoints and worse case scenarios are), and then see where these are co-located, spatially or temporally.
