• WASTE SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A BURDEN, BUT RATHER AS A VALUABLE RESOURCE – WHICH MS CAN ACTUALLY GAIN MOST?
• TARGET FOR MUNICIPAL WASTE RECYCLING SET FOR 2020, AT LEAST ON THE EU LEVEL, CAN BE ACHIEVED – THE CURRENT AVERAGE LEVEL ACHIEVED IS 43%
• EC PROPOSAL IS PROVIDING PREDICTABILITY FOR BUSINESS SECTOR – ANALOGY WITH CLIMATE AND ENERGY PACKAGE
• THE PROPOSAL FROM THE EC IS RECOGNISING THAT SOME MS MIGHT NEED MORE TIME AND ALSO MORE HELP … BUT
