A total of 55,963 families or 262,271 persons in 350 barangays were affected in 7 regions (NCR, CAR, I, III, CALABARZON, VI and NIR); and,

A total of 4,487 families or 17,896 persons are still inside 77 evacuation centers (ECs) in 5 regions (NCR, CAR, I, III and CALABARZON); and,

Central Luzon registered with the most number of existing evacuation centers at 66 (86%) with 4,084 families/15,932 persons.

Center; • Six (6) reports on weather and rainfall updates from PAGASA were

released to the PDRF network starting 9PM of 13 Aug ’16; • Maynilad’s water service interruption was due to the reduction of

water production as of 9AM, 14 Aug ’16 in response to the increase of turbidity level, which affects the maintenance of water quality;

• Fifty-four (54) tankers were deployed across 66%of the West Zone of Greater Manila Area; and,

• TV5 distributed relief goods to Marikina evacuees on 14 August 2016.

Marikina-DRRMO: Repacking of 187 boxes relief goods; Transport of 302 boxes of canned goods; and, Transport and distribution of 7,460 food packs to different evacuation

centers. Standby reserve forces readily available for deployment in case of

emergency; and, Continuous coordination with member agencies of the Logistics Cluster to

identify logistics needs and to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to affected populations.

• As of 1500H, 15 August 2016, the above assets deployed in Marikina have been pulled out and on standby at JTF-NCR for possible deployment.

• DOH-NCR Health Office will provide additional drugs, medicines and other logistical needs to the affected families inside the evacuation centers in Marikina City.

Disaster Rescue Relief Operations.

PDRF • On standby SAR or support on retrieval operations from the Energy

Development Corporation (EDC) and Pilipinas 911 for deployment upon request;

A total of 44 schools with 391 classrooms are currently utilized as Evacuation Centers with 4,017 families and 17,945 persons, 3,127 of them are learners:

a. 3 schools in NCR with 35 classrooms used by 294 families/1,050

persons and with 77 learners; b. 17 schools in Central Luzon with 59 classrooms used by 454

families/1,867 persons and with 398 learners; and, c. 24 schools in CALABARZON with 3,269 families/15,028 persons and

with 2,652 learners.

GENERAL COORDINATION

1. Response Cluster Leads shall consolidate all reports of their members prior submission to the Response Cluster Secretariat. Individual agency report will not be accepted. Deadline for submission of reports is at 0600h and 1800h;

2. Members of each Cluster must submit their respective report to their Cluster Leads. Cluster members’ report shall not be accepted by the Secretariat;

3. Activities of the Response Pillar are being coordinated by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Operations Division and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD);

4. Response Cluster Meetings are held at the National Disaster Response

5. Cluster Leads are required to detail a senior officer in the NDRRMC OpCen to render a 24/7 basis duty.
