• ICD Group joined Amber as its investment partner in 2016, a well established investment holding company spanned across the USA, Caribbean and Latin America, with significant investment interests in several technology companies, construction and BPO.
• Achieving significant growth in vehicle telematics and insurance verticals, the group diversified into software development outsourcing, smart buildings, chat bots, and cashless/card less gas station solutions and a number of other innovative technology businesses.

Executive ChairmanJoe is Chairman of the ICD Group and a director and chairman of several other boards. Honoured with the Hummingbird Award for International Philanthropy and Commander of the Order of Distinction, Joseph serves on a number of government, industry and
philanthropic organizations. Experienced Investor/Principal with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries. Skilled in Business Planning, Tax Policy, Securities, Structured Finance, and Policy Analysis. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a BSc (Hons) focused in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London.
Peter is the President and CEO of the ICD Group, a Jamaican-based conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction, property management, general insurance, e-commerce and business process outsourcing. Peter began his career as a project engineer with
the UK-based construction firm, Kier International. He subsequently worked in the manufacturing sector with brewer and beverage producer Red Stripe, before entering banking in 1993 with the Manufacturers group. Peter currently serves on the Boards of a number of companies, mainly within the Caribbean and Latin America.

Security Association of South Africa. As a Strategist and Telematics Solution Provider, Ben has contributed tremendously to the success of various Insurers and Corporates in South Africa, ultimately enjoying celebrating the successes with these relationships he formed during his career.
