NYCHA RAD Bundle I• Awarded – 2018• Challenge - 1st bundle with NYCHA PACT combining RAD with Sec 18 demo disposition. Bundle included 15 scattered
site buildings in the Bronx containing 648 units.• Worked with HUD and NYCHA on RAD conversion. Put together innovative two phase construction and financing strategy
that allowed us to close within 10 months of being awarded.• Bifurcated the bundle and employed two distinct financing strategies that raises the maximum debt proceeds and
leveraged 100k/unit in renovations for residents.• Navigated significant challenges with NYCHA and were the first of three bundles awarded at the same to close. First
phase of construction finishing early 2021.

• Challenge – Rebalancing the H St neighborhood by mixing state-of-the-art office with residential and different types of retail to create a more balanced daytime-nighttime economy
• The firm is finishing repositioning three properties on the block into an active, mixed-use district totaling 450,000 sf with 180,000 sf of office and 307 boutique apartments over ground floor retail
