Work under the Direct command and management of an Engineer for the management of Operations of the Following Departments:1) PRESS SHOP, 2) FABRICATION, 3) CONVENTIONAL TOOL ROOM, 4) FORGING DEPARTMENT, 5) HEAT TREATMENT DEPARTMENT2. responsible for distinguishing concerns, identifying them and attaining solutions to these concerns3. accountable in terms of sharpening his skills and knowledge on project organization, standards of engineering and scientific investigation and evaluation to be more efficient at work4. Responsible in maintaining the optimum performance of a certain engineering system or design, as per direct mandate by the Engineer.5. Execute precise engineering proposal computations (Estimation)6. Recruit and trains Operators.7. Establish safety and work performance standards for subordinates.8. Perform related work as required.9. Ensure Work is carried out as per Design and Standards10. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and on completion.
