The purpose of this section is to outline the specific disciplinary guidelines for safety related issues and return-to-work policy.

Zero Tolerance PolicySafety related non-compliance issues shall be addressed with a progressive disciplinary procedure as outlined below:

1. Verbal WarningFirst offense of a severity 1 incident, Effect of the incident on the record is 12 months

2. Written ReprimandIf the sum of the severity of the incidents on record adds up to 2 or a Severity 2,Effect of the incident on the record is 12 months
