Please find the step by step procedures for adding restaurants.

Registering a New Restaurant:

1. Open the link http://www.ezytoeat.in/register_restaurant.html?lang=en or Click the “restaurant register / login” link available at footer of homepage as in below image.

5. Click “Register as New Restaurant” link.6. It will take you to the restaurant registration page as below.

a. RESTAURANT NAME (Note: As given in Menu (ALL CAPS))b. FIRST NAME (Note: Restaurant full name)c. LAST NAME (Note: Restaurant full name)d. EMAIL (Note: Default registration email id for all restaurants to be added is “

ezytoeat@gmail.com”e. PASSWORD (Note: Password Format for restaurants should be ezytoeat@"first

three character of restaurant"123 for example “ezytoeat@cop123” for Restaurant name “Copper Kitchen”.

f. PHONE (Note: Landline number of restaurant if multiple numbers are available please add of them separated with comma (,) )

g. MOBILE (Note: Mobile number for home delivery or customer support or service or complaints provides in menu of restaurant if multiple numbers are available please add of them separated with comma (,) )

h. STREET (Note: Provide whole address )i. ZIP (Note: Area pincode is mandatory for many purpose don’t ever ignore it)j. CITY (Note: Currently chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur area restaurants are

getting included so please careful with this)k. Country (Note: Obviously INDIA right now )

Adding Products (Menu items):

1. Once a new restaurant is registered our next huge step is adding products of menu inside restaurants (which is the tough part ).

2. After register a new restaurant Login as restaurant admin , using the “restaurant register / login” link available at footer of homepage as in below image.

8. Click on “product all” link in “products” tab as soon in image below

9.10. It will take you to product add/edit/delete page as below

11.12. Kindly fill the details based on instruction below:

a. First check for the product name availability in the same restaurant by searching in product name search box

b.c. It is mandatory to search as we don’t want restaurant page getting clumsy with more

similar product namesd. If product name is not available in DB then type name of product (Note: First letter of

each word in CAPS letter remaining in small letter “for eg: Abbb Cddd Efff “ )

f. Click create tab

g. It will land us in detailed product editing page as below

i. Add details in all tabs based on details in menu

i. MENU NO (just the way it is in menu 1,2,3,4,5… which position it is in menu

ii. PRODUCT NAME (Already we have given while creating)iii. PRICE (Price of the product as per menu)iv. CURRENCY (Note: Type INR)

v. BELONG TO SECTION (Note: Provide the detail of the Menu ‘category’ or ‘type’ or ‘topic’ or ‘heading’ it comes under “eg: soup, biryani, burger, pizza, dessert etc “ just like it is provided in restaurant menu … Please Check the category name thoroughly and include no risk can be taken here because these are critical areas.)

vii. BELONG TO KITCHEN (Note: Provide the detail of the restaurant cuisine it comes under “eg: Indian, Chinese, Arabian etc “just like it is provided in restaurant menu… Please Check the cuisine name thoroughly and include no risk can be taken here because these are critical areas.)

TOPPINGS (Note: switch it ”on” if needed some product might have toppings options “for eg: pizza can have double cheese or triple cheese toppings, swarma will have toppings such as extra minnues, burger will have extra cheese etc.)… Kindly be careful include toppings just like it is mentioned in menu nothing more or less. Provide exact amount for toppings in next type box…. Add more toppings if needed using add more toppings options below..)

xi. PORTION SIZE (Note: Currently nor needed as per our need)xii. DESCRIPTION (Note: Not needed right now)

xiii. SPICY (Note: Only switch ON the radio button if and only the food item is mentioned as spicy or else just leave it alone)

xv. TYPE (Note: Please Check menu twice or thrice before choosing veg or non-veg… result will be catastrophic )

xvii. SPECIAL (Note: If the restaurant mentioned some dish as their featured or special dish then switch radio button to ON or leave it as it is )

xix. ACTIVE (Note: Switch the product ON if it is in menu…. Actually meaning for this option is to say whether that item is still provided by the restaurant or not… )

xxi. IMAGES (Note: Google for the dish name take the best of the images and upload here... Important note: most of the multi cuisines restaurants have their own Facebook pages now a days and they are uploading dishes images there so first search of fb page of that restaurant and get the images from there. For eg: please check this fb page of copper kitchen restaurant https://www.facebook.com/CopperKitchenRestaurant here they have given all the stuffs we want half of our work over …

xxiii. UPDATE (Note: If we to add or update or edit any details fill them and click “UPDATE” button at the end.)

xxv. DELETE PRODUCT (Note: As name states it is for deleting a product if it is not needed anymore)

Editing Profile of Added Restaurant:

1. Once we completed with adding products in menu list, now let us jump to editing and adding details about the restaurant we added just before.

2. After registering a new restaurant Login as restaurant admin, using the “restaurant register / login” link available at footer of homepage as in below image.

8. Click the “profile” tab in restaurant admin pageas below.9.

10. We will be dropped in in “Restaurant profile” page as below.

11.12. Please fill all the details in the profile page just like it is in menu.13. RESTAURANT NAME, FIRST NAME, SECOND NAME, STREET, AREA CODE, CITY, COUNTRY,

PHONE, MOBILE, EMAIL, PASSWORD ( Note: All these information would be in filled condition already as we have provided them while registering the restaurant itself… Please recheck it, if found any kind of misplacement or errors update the same with proper details)

GEO LOCATION (Note: Geo location is complicated, yet most important part of profile of the restaurant, because it will show our customers exact location of the restaurant in google maps. we don’t want our valuable customer to misguided to some other location, so please be moreee careful while updating geo location of restaurant.)

a. Click on the geo location tab in restaurant profile page as below.

b.c. It will open a new window and take us to page like below:

d.e. Now here comes the tough job f. We have two ways to update location of the restaurant in our custom maps

i. Go to website “http://maps.google.co.in/ “. Search for the location of the

restaurant we are searching for and place the “Point cursor i.e: ” of this custom map to that position manually

iii. Or go to website “http://maps.google.co.in/ “. Search for the location of the restaurant we are searching for we will get the location of restaurant which will

be shown in a Red marker like .1. Right click on the pointer of the restaurant. Select the option “What is

here?” as in image below:

2. 3. It will show us the latitude and longitude location at top left corner of

the maps page as below:

4.5. Copy the location (For eg: for copper kitchen restaurant, porur latitude

longitude number is 13.036167, 80.156878 copy this and paste in search box of our custom maps…. Click search location)

6. It will automatically place the pointer in that location. Without much effort . As below image:

iv. After done with pointed geo location save the using “Save Geolocation” tab

v.g. It should be done more more more carefully. No one wants to lost so please do it in full

consciousness.

16. REGION, METRO, SKYPE, ICQ, PAYPAL EMAIL, SOFORT ID, VAT_NO# (Note: Not needed to filled)

17. DELIVERY FEE (Note: If delivery charge is mentioned in restaurant menu include that orelse leave it as it is)

18.19. MIN ORDER (Note: Mention the minimum amount to be ordered for delivery from restaurant)

20.21. DELIVERY TIME (Note: Delivery town it would take for restaurant to deliver the product we

should give max time it would take so that customer will not feel lost…. Check the restaurant menu for the details and update it)

23. DEFAULT CURRENCY (Note: Type INR in the space , default currency provided is AED currently)\

25. SELECT CATEGORY (Note: Provide the exact cuisine of the restaurant ‘for eg: Arabian, Chinese, Indian etc’ )

27. DESCRIPTION (Note: Simple Description about the restaurant if restaurant menu have any kind of captcha or quote or sub-title update the same… If nothing is there level it blank..)

29. DELIVERY POSTCODES (Note: Select only the area where the restaurant is located if area is not found leave it as it is )

31. OPENING DAYS/TIME (Note: Restaurant opening and closing time in 24hrs standard (i.e. 10:00 pm should be typed as 22:00 ) ... If a restaurant will be closed on particular day lets say Saturday then click “off” button for the day..)

33. DELIVERY DAYS/TIME (Note: Check for the menu for delivery timings like morning 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and evening 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

34.35. TAKE AWAY DAYS/TIME (Note: Check for the menu for delivery timings like morning 10:00 AM

to 12:00 PM and evening 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM “FYI: Usually take away time will be the restaurant working time”)

37. ACTIVE (Note: Select the ON button)

38.39. DELIVERY (Note: Check ON if home delivery is available as per menu else uncheck it… But all

the restaurant we are including should have home delivery so cross check it once )

40.41. TAKE AWAY (Note: Check ON if take away is available as per menu else uncheck it… All

restaurant will let the customer take away so it always should be ON)

43. TABLE BOOKING (Note: Currently we are not providing this facility in our website so always uncheck ON)

44.45. IMAGES (Note: Google for the Restaurant name take the best of the LOGOS with better quality

upload here... All multicuisine restaurants will have their own logos so check it well)

46.47. UPDATE (Note: If we to add or update or edit any details fill them and click “UPDATE” button

at the end.)
