MAI TAI

Trader’s Vic claimed to have invented this drink in 1944, and his rival Don the Beachcomber made the same claim as the original creator in 1933. Though the origin remains a mystery… our only claim is that our concoction is out of this world.

MOJITO

"My mojito in La Bodeguita…" was the writing on the wall that made the bar famous when Ernest Hemingway professed his love for his favourite drink. This clear popular highball is refreshing and zesty, perfect for a sunny afternoon.

TOMMY’S MARGARITA

Created in early 1990s by legendary bartender Julio Bermejo, the drink was named after his family’s Mexican restaurant in San Francisco. A classic variant where quality Agave nectar enhances the citrus notes of a traditional Margarita.

OLD FASHIONED

Also referred to as a Bitter Sling, Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky invented the drink in 1806 in honor of Colonel James E. Pepper. American whiskey, bitters and syrup combine to produce a strong and balanced concoction with fresh orange notes.

WHISKEY SOUR

Invented by Elliot Stubb in 1872, this classic still stands tall after 145 years. Simple and sour with a smooth texture. We express our love for the drink.
