DineAmic Group operates a number of local
favorite concepts in Chicago and counts Top Chef
Fabio Viviani among its partners. Dineamic Group
initially launched its partnership with UberEats in
2015 with the Uber Ice Cream promotion, in an
effort to raise awareness of its new restaurant
(Bar Siena + BomboBar), opening one day after. The
relationship has evolved to the point now where all
concepts (with the exception of Prime & Provisions)
offer Regular Delivery via UberEats, including Siena
Tavern, Bar Siena and BomboBar, which previously
had never done delivery.
• BomboBar is a walk-up dessert window located in the West Loop of Chicago. Due to
its small physical size, UberEats (promotions + Regular Delivery) have been successful
at increasing both awareness of the location as well as overall sales. UberEats
delivery has added on average, an incremental 3% - 8% of weekly sales.
• Regular delivery accounts for ~2% - 4% of total group sales within 2 months of launching.
Due to the overarching partnership with Uber, the volume of deliveries, as well as the
learning curve with staff, DineAmic Group has implemented a separate UberEATS line item in
nightly reports for Management to convey total orders, any issues, feedback / comments.
