I think I need not introduce this kopitiam any further..as you can see it mushroomed

at a really fast pace (30 over outlets now)..You basically see a PAPPARICH kopitiam

everywhere!!~

I realised that they've revamped their menu..many new items are added now (like

they even serve dimsum??!!)..Well, perhaps the menu has loooong been revamped,

just that I'm *too slow* to notice..

I have always been wondering when I pass this shop no matter day or night, its

always quite pack. It is that nice were the questio n I have been asking myselfcuz I

have a very bad experience with their Sunway Branch. Till we went to lunch for

the Shabu Shabu next door and they said, har..not that kind they prefer then we

shifted to this shop and I start to say, weiii..don wan this shop can ah, then most of

them agree here then what can I say some more. So just tag along la..

Papa Richinterior designis always kinda exclusive kopitiam concept as when I stayedat my aunts place atSeapark there are 1 Papa Rich also which is quite pack with people and

the same with Old Town. Currently I would rate that Old Town main competitor is Papa Rich

which had been mushrooming like crazee. Popping up in most of the makan makan area.

Down Lighting

In recent years down lighting become the most popular method of lighting our

homes. Most down lighting fixtures will bring out the most natural light with small

compact sleek fixtures with the purpose of showing the effect of the light.

Down lighting is an extremely effective way of lighting a domestic place. A good

down lighting scheme has distinct elements, such as, the position of down lighting

from the vertical wall surface, ideally where there are pictures or interesting features

to be highlighted. And down lighting also can define corners, boundaries and

entrances as appropriate so that the space can be either spacious or intimate

depending on the level of these fitting.

Furthermore, a good down lighting have a recessed seat for the lamp with an anti

glare barrel to reduce glare. The seat also provides a location for lenses, filters and

louvers that can be used to control the light as needed.

Down lighting come in a wide variety of styles from iron to Zinc Alloy and with the

lamp from LED to halogen. But, the halogen down lighting has attracted a lot of

criticism from lighting designers and environmental caucus which is conscious of

energy consumed.

An air conditioner(often referred to as AC) is a home appliance, system,

or mechanism designed to dehumidify and extract heat from an area. The cooling is

done using a simple refrigeration cycle. In construction, a complete system of

a building or an automobile, is to provide comfort during either hot or cold weather.

inside. With clothes dryers, and combustion equipment such as water

heaters, boilers, fireplaces, and wood stoves, their exhausts are often

called vents orflues this should not be confused with ventilation. Movement of air

between indoor spaces, and not the outside, is called transfer air.

CARPET

A carpet is a textile floor covering consisting of an upper layer of "pile" attached to a

backing. The pile is generally either made from wool or a manmade fibre such as

polypropylene, and usually consists of twisted tufts which are often heat -treated to maintain

their structure

SOFA

Sofa is not simply a place to sit. Furniture can also be set off and become a focal point

Column

DOOR

A dooris a moveable barrier used to cover an opening. Doors are widely used and

are found in walls or partitions of a building, vehicles, and furniture such

ascupboards, cages, and containers. A door can be opened to give access and

closed more or less securely using a combination of latches and locks. (See

article Door security). Doors are nearly universal in buildings of all kinds, allowing

passage between the inside and outside, and between internal rooms. When open,they admit ventilation and light. The door is used to control the

physical atmosphere within a space by enclosing it, excluding air drafts, so that

preventing the spread of fire. They act as a barrier to noise.

CEILING

Ceilings are classified according to their appearance or construction.

transition between wall and ceiling; it is named for cove molding, a molding with a

concave curve.

WOOD

Chair
