restoring god's kingdom on earth
TRANSCRIPT
…to have God leading us with a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night?
...to have our clothes and sandals not wear out even after 40 years of use?
…to have manna from the sky and water from the rock - direct daily provision from God?
“…Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, Your kingdom come,
Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one”
The earlier slide describes the Wilderness. Canaan was occupied by other kingdoms. Israel
was instructed to possess their land. God promised victory, but Israel had to fight to
establish God’s Kingdom in Canaan.
Wilderness was actually place of safety and provision for the Israelites.
But God’s will was for the Israelites to conquer Canaan, the Promised Land – safety and provision was not His ultimate plan for them.
Likewise, God’s will is for the Church today to possess its Promised Land, not just safety and provision.

GOD PRESENT: Church received full authority from Christ, but Satan still has possession
“He must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet” (1 Cor 15:24-25) Dilution of Kingdom Mandate: salvation without influencing societal culture

2nd COMING: Christ returns to re-establish complete dominion on earth
Christ hands over dominion to the Father (1 Cor 15:24)
Keep believers distracted
Self- and world-pre-occupation rather than on “the field God has assigned to us” – 2 Cor 10:13
Keep believers living below potential
“I have a destiny …born for such a time as this”
Awakened but not arisen
Keep the Church tactical, local, uncoordinated and defensive.
Retain monopoly of power in society; minimise Church influence on society. Limited vision to advance the Kingdom of God
Church-secular divide: ‘Thy will be done in heaven but not on earth’
What defines earthly society?
1. Arts & Entertainment 2. Business & Economy 3. Communications & Media 4. Doctrine & Religion 5. Education 6. Family 7. Government
Church: Strategic, Kingdom mindset Advance into societal mountains/gates
Believers: Understand power of the Cross Know , declare and fulfill God’s plan Focus on Kingdom rather than blessing or self-preservation
▪ Rev 12:11 “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb …word of their testimony …did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death…”
Operate under spiritual authority ▪ Jas 4:7 “Submit yourselves then to God. Resist the devil …”
