Academic Projects: Non-parametric estimation of Lifetime Distribution function (I.I.T. Kanpur: May 2016-present)
Mentor: Prof. Sharmishtha Mitra, Department of Mathematics & Statistics, I.I.T. Kanpur My work includes analysis of lifetime distribution functions: General Exponential & Weibull and their
comparisons in general as well as in fitting to various stimulated and real lifetime data sets Incorporated various goodness of fit tests to compare choice of distribution function over lifetime data Stimulated data from randomly generated data has been used; error analysis is being conducted in both
cases to analyze closeness of assumed distribution in both distribution models
Used MATLAB software for estimation of unknown parameters of function, fit tests, and error analysis Optimus Prime Model (Technical Arts Course Project: Aug 2015-Nov 2015) Involved several technical manufacturing processes to develop a Transformers Movie based character Successfully implemented different metal forming techniques including metal shape forming, sand casting,
forging, welding, brazing for the design and assembly of various parts of the model
