be maintained and it has to be daily basic manner called DAO (Daily activation outlet). As per distribution of Easy recharge and GPRS I have to drive UEO (Unique E-top Outlet) and DSO (Data Selling

Outlet). Responsible for enhancement of GAS and BASE share of Vodafone as compared to competitor operators. So as per quality of distribution also taking care of T1, T2, T3 Sim retention. Customer acquisition for M-pesa (mobile money) and giving better service. Organizing campaign on product usage in different regions for usability and awareness of the VAS services SMS & OBD Promotions to subscribers for increasing the penetration of various services. Analyzing competitors for the product and value added services what they are offering, the market they focusing on

and there business strategies. Enhance usage, MOU’S & penetration of all value added services (SMS, GPRS, Data, and Enterprise Solutions). First slab wise Analysis of Data and handling vendors for promotion. Cross Promotions of VAS Services to create the awareness about the product. Conducting Extensive Research on prevalent market requirements and justifying new product and Plan development. Maintaining a regular Revenue tracking for analysis. Ensure product functionality for new / existing products (SMS P2A, WAP, MMS, GPRS, USSD, Cell Info etc.) of VAS. Revenue increment as per target; promote VAS products by SMS, OBD, PCN, etc. and analyze the revenue

conversion reports Data mining & MIS tracking on performance of the various products. Monitor Market developments and track competition Roll out new processes to increase the penetration of VAS services. Roll out new products catering to the local market and to different segment of customers, -conceptualize, implement &

roll out new products keeping customer first Handle Call Center working on different products up-selling Handle BMG SMS Promotion Planning & Integration of VAS services and New Products. Work closely with vendors, marketing, operations & other departments to facilitate network design, integration and

successfully delivery of new products. Make a growth target for every product and schedule them promotion for achievement. Identifying VAS vendors who can understand the local flavor & new business opportunities & coordinate with them in

terms of product planning, product customization, promotion & their up selling. Competition Tracking of Product /Applications/Offerings. & Negative Balance Control.
