Job Description: Operation/ Maintenance geared Wind Energy Converters Trouble shooting of Bachmann PLC systems Improving OEE of the turbine by Increasing MTBF, Zero defects, reducing MTTR. Working on Cooling system, Hydraulic System, accessories of WTG. Work on Sensors - Proximity Sensors, Infra-Red, PT-100, Anemometer, Wind Vane, Vibration Sensor, Twist

Stop Sensor, Position Encoders, and Resolver. Implementing the modifications suggest by TSG Department Repeated error analysis & take corrective action. Carry Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly WTG maintenance as per lying guideline and procedures &

have to keep proper records & submit to senior. Take corrective and Preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance & Operation.

Nature of Responsibilities: Site in charge Operation & Maintenance department at Tinwari site (98.4 MW, 132/33KV Substation-Tinwari,

Switch yard of 33 kV) Jodhpur - Rajasthan, Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of 98.4 MW wind power plant which includes 123 gear less turbine

generators with the capacity of 800 KW. Handling the staff of 25 at site and to get the maximum output from them. Execute the Operation & Maintenance plan of site and update the progress report. Job description and hand on experience:- Testing and replacement activity performed of IGBT module with its driver cards (PCB Assembling) at power

converters such as AMTECH, German make. Testing and replacement activity performed of Power contactors (ABB, Siemens, Schneider make) Thyristors,

diode for troubleshooting of electrical circuitry at yawing system, pitch system, excitation system, and rectifier system.

Testing and replacement activity performed at pitch system such as pitch motor (DC compound motor) with its break module, chopper drive circuitry, pitch box refurbishment activity, capacitor plates installation (after application of charging kit).

Meggering/IR testing activity performed at synchronous generator system and at transformer (950 KVA). Electrical circuit connection with tracing out circuit diagram for MCC type drives (Contactors, MCBs, and MCCBs

etc.) ,Cooling system (Air forced cooling system),Sensors like KTY81,PT100,PTC140, Proximity sensor(Inductive type & optical type), Strain gauge, Winch unit(3ø,1ø), SRB(Slip ring unit), GRACO make CLS(Centralized Lubrication System).

Earth pits resistance checking - KASA earthing (recently used). Installation and commissioning of Transformer (950 KVA) at site on DP (Di-pole mounted) structure.
