Our job is to create and inviting atmosphere. We are here to serve our community and provide an unparalleled service to them. Madrona Ridge Residential – As a leasing consultant our goal is to acquire new tenants and retain current residents. We create a safe and comfortable environment for those we serve and up hold our companies values through a professional manner. Multi-Tasking and Prioritizing East Portland Community Center – During my time there I had to create multi-week class schedules, training manuals, help organize events and find donations for them. It is important to keep yourself well organized and to communicate well with all those working with you. Madrona Ridge Residential – Working with walk-ins, appointments, maintenance, move- ins, and site emergencies times can be critical. It is important to be able to quickly assess risks and issues and prioritize importance for completion.
