■ Selected as Technical Lead for high-profile Federal Health Integration initiative to enable ODJFS to comply with new Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements.

Led team in building the interface between legacy eligibility system and new Java-based eligibility system. Designed tools to automatically translate and populate data between IMS and Oracle databases.

Introduced the IMS SOAP Gateway to the legacy system by designing 3 proof-of-concept SOAP web services. Collaborated with state’s staff to develop standards for leveraging web service calls within IMS leveraging the IBM SOAP Gateway product.

Wrote an automated regression testing tool that was leveraged to build more than 500 test case scenarios.

■ Designed and developed a new centralized Child Care System that replaced 88 applications and enhanced the processing of all subsidized child care providers in Ohio.

Credited with leveraging basic structure from existing system to develop the framework for new Child Care System that sped up development efforts.
