Teen Director June 2015 – August 2015 | June 2016 – August 2016 Foundation for Youth Columbus, IN Accepted into and successfully completed 2 terms of service through the AmeriCorps program; these programs included 450 hours worked over a 2-month period of time. Planned and coordinated activities/events for approximately 30 teenagers, ages 12- 17, that attended the Boys and Girls Club of Bartholomew County. Organized and maintained a balanced budget of $2,000 over the course of 2 months, which allowed the teenagers of the Boys and Girls Club of Bartholomew County to experience a fun, yet safe, filled summer. Presented in front of large crowds at middle schools to advocate the Boys and Girls Club of Bartholomew County’s Teen Program. Junior Staff September 2011 – August 2014 Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County Bedford, IN Awarded and completed multiple AmeriCorps programs through the Boys and Girls Club in the summer of 2013- summer of 2014; this involved 2 terms of service that totaled to 1,350 hours worked over a 9-month period of time Represented the Boys and Girls Club as an exceptionally good citizen of Lawrence County that children ages 6-15 could look up to. Operated a concession-like area and gathered and distributed money to customers, resulting in raising money for a non-profit organization.
