out; Research what job you’re applying for and know what you’re getting yourself into.

Know Who You’re Stuffing – Research everything about the company (their products, location of their HQ, their competition, any new news about them, the vision of their company).

Stuff Them – Incorporate the two above elements to sell yourself and show that you’re confident and you have the ability to thrive in that role.
