Task Description

Validate the installation work to meet with the design of the projects and ensure the projects are

executed in compliance company standard and applicable codes.

Delivered regular (weekly/ monthly) Progress Report, Curves, updated Main Construction Schedule, Resources logs, critical path analysis to management.

Assist Project Manager Project Recovery Plan to meet contract and requirement and monitor the effect of corrective action that has been taken.

Maintained the schedule per PM confirmation and give report/advised for any delay possibility. Prepare Schedule, Actual Report and Run down curve /S curve for Commissioning stage Coordinate with MC and Commissioning team to update schedule for project Commissioning
