Nov-2015 to TillLast 8 months as a domain expert i handled projects of Mahindra Sanyo, Schaeffler as well as Westrock clients. I worked on manpower optimization, line balancing, set-up study, capacity calculation and time study during the projects. I worked on project leader and co-ordinator for West rock assignment and led the team of 4members. I also saved cost through optimized manpower in Mahindra sanyo and West rock also suggested productivity improvements. In Schaeffler I reduced set-up time of machines upto 30%

During two years in pricol i worked on vendor development project. The main objective of this project was to eliminate job work activities from local vendor and instead of that develop new vendors in low cost. Company saved cost of transportation of 35,000 Rs. /month. Got better control on inventory and parts quality. Apart from that i maintained JH pillar for the two wheeler mechanical lines. I was also internal auditor for 5S. I implemented single piece flow as well as balanced the line of avenger hood. I was also member of cross functional team in pricol.
